Technocraft started its journey towards excellence 30 Years ago on a silent growth track, All the while keeping abreast of the latest changes in technology.

TECHNOCRAFT is having 3 Manufacturing Plants equipped with sophisticated Machine shops and Heat treatment Shops. Heat-treatment Shop is Equipped with Salt bath Furnaces, Electric Furnaces with up most developed technologies. TECHNOCRAFT is achieving uniform hardness of ± 1 HRC over the roll barrel with excellent depth of hardness, which are the most important requirements of Rolls. A team of qualified engineers assists and observes the skilled labour towards achievement of quality, in our sophisticated Machine Shop. Quality of our Rolls is at par with International Standards.

Present manufacturing capacity for solid roll is up to 550 mm Æ and Length 4000 mm. and Shrink-Fitted Backup Rolls up to 850mm Æ X 3800mm length out of Standard Roll Grades like SAE 52100 (EN 31), 2% Chromium Steel (K310), 3% Chromium Steel , D2 & H11 Modify.
